Rochester, NY - Odasz Dance Theatre, a premier local dance studio in Rochester, is thrilled to announce it will be hosting auditions for the upcoming productions of "Swan Lake" and "The Nutcracker" in collaboration with the internationally renowned State Ballet Theatre of Ukraine.

 

This is an exceptional opportunity for local dancers to join a world-class production and perform on stage at the Kodak Center and West Herr Auditorium Theatre.

 

Audition Details:

• Location: Odasz Dance Theatre, 3450 Winton Pl, Rochester, NY 14623

• Date: September 14, 2024

• Audition Fee: $25 per show, $50 if auditioning for both shows

 

Audition Schedule:

• Ages 5-9: 10:00-10:30 AM (Dance experience required)

• Ages 9-13: 10:30-11:00 AM (Dance experience required)

• Ages 13+: 11:00-11:30 AM (Dance experience required)

 

Roles Available:

• The Nutcracker: Angels, Bon-Bons, Chinese, Party Scene, Mice

• Swan Lake: Little Swans, Slavic Dance, Waltz, Neapolitan Dance, Hungarian Dance

 

Performance Details:

• The Nutcracker: December 11th 2024 at 7:30pm, Kodak Center

• Swan Lake: January 16th 2025 at 7:30pm, West Herr Auditorium Theatre
